Retirement village developer appeals WODC refusal

We have just learned that Inspired Villages has lodged an appeal against West Oxfordshire District Council for its refusal of their application to build a retirement village in Freeland. This means the Planning Inspectorate will now be examining the WODC decision at some point in coming months. The Parish Council will be seeking more information and reporting back when it has details.
