The Government Inspector has rejected a requirement for a Net Zero approach to the Salt Cross development, and a cycling path along Lower Road!

West Oxfordshire District Council has opened a public consultation on the inspector’s ‘main modifications’. To respond to the consultation please follow the link:

Find document CD7 ‘schedule of proposed main modifications’ then look up MM4, policy 2 ‘net zero carbon development’ and MM24, policy 14 ‘active and healthy travel’. The forms and guidelines how to respond to the consultation are provided.

Alternatively, you can just simply email your views on the inspector’s modifications to [email protected]; please remember to include your name and address. The responses must be received by 5pm November 4th, 2022
